None of our own horses took part in the 2018 Straight Egyptian World Championship, which was held last weekend in Milano, Italy, but horses related to our breeding program did well:
Hanaya Amirah, a Kenz Al Baydaa (Jamil Al Rayyan x Kareemah Saqr) daughter out of Ameerat Al Hejra (by Nader Al Jamal) was named Gold Champion Filly. This beautiful filly is bred and owned by Hanaya Stud of Switzerland. Kenz Al Baydaa is on lease to our stud for the 2018/9 breeding season from Hanaya Stud.
Wadad Zamani by Laheeb out of Zena Al Buraq by Al Manar (Al Maraam x Luiba) was named Silver Champion Mare and Highest Scoring Horse of the show (94.60). Wadad was bred by Muhamad Al Kassasi and is proudly owned by Hanaya Stud. Also, Questurat Al Fawaz, a daughter of Al Raheeb AA (Laheeb x The Vision HG) was named Bronze Champion Mare. This beautiful mare was bred by Yasin Baker and is now owned by Hanaya Stud.
The Laheeb son, Zain Al Dean (out of Jowhara Al Okab) was 1st in his class with 92.70 points and named Bronze Champion Stallion. Zain Al Dean is bred and owned by Abu Dahash Talaat.
Congratulations to all!
