The 2016 Israeli Egyptian Event show took place last weekend with a record number of entries. 150 horses competed at this show, which proves once again just how strong and established the breeding of Straight Egyptian horses is in Israel.
We showed eleven homebred horses: Ajayeb AA (Shams Sharav AA x El Katreen Nada) was Named Gold Champion Filly Foal. Nadiyah AA (Shams Sharav AA x Insha Sha Latifa) was named Bronze Champion Filly Foal.
Our yearling filly Sajida AA (Al Ayal AA x Safiyyah AA) was 3rd in her class. Laneya AA (Shams Sharav AA x Latifah AA) was 1st in her class and named Bronze Champion Yearling Filly. Soraya AA (Al Ayal AA x Saniyyah RCA) was 1st in her class and named Gold Champion Yearling Filly.
Nashwat Al Shamal AA (Salaa El Dine x Nashwah AA) was 2nd place in her Two-Year-Old Filly section. Salsabil AA (Lahheb x Saniyyah RCA) was 1st in her Two-Year-Old Filly section and named Silver Champion Filly.
Laheeb Al Nar AA (Laheeb x Nashwah AA) was 1st in his class and named Gold Champion Colt. The four-year-old mare Eelahab AA (Laheeb x Il'am) was 2nd in her class and six-year-old Safiyyah AA (Laheeb x Saniyyah RCA) was 3rd in her Mares class. Labibah AA (Nader Al Jamal x Latifah AA) was 1st in her class and named Bronze Champion Mare. Labibah also had the highest score of the whole show (92.83).
