The Pyramid Society's 32nd Annual Egyptian Event, "Born of the Desert Wind," took place last week at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
The Laheeb daughter BJ Miranda was named the Four & Five Year Old World Class Mares Champion. This beautiful mare is owned by Manny & Diana Vierra of Valley Oak Arabians.
Egyptian Event Native Costume Champion was Jadoube Ibn Lahab DMF, a straight Egyptian stallion sired by our Home-bred World Champion Al Lahab (Laheeb x The Vision HG). This young stallion was bred and owned by Debra & David Geiser of Dara Meadows Farm.
Our home-bred Al Hadiyah AA (Laheeb x The Vision HG) won the World Class Championship for 6 & 7 Year Old Stallions, with a great score and exhibited one of the strongest entrances into the ring. Later on, in the Championship, Al Hadiyah AA, who was clearly the crowd favorite, was eventually chosen as the Bronze Champion of this great show. Al Hadiyah AA was shown by Frank Sponle. Congratulations to Al Hadiyah's owner, Luciana Fasano of Fazenda Floresta from Brazil.
